Kedmor Engineers are providing the structural design for this 8-storey, high-end, mixed-use development in Ramat HaSharon, comprising residential and office space, and a 4-storey deep basement car park.

The structural frame is of reinforced concrete construction, with extensive use of architectural fair-faced concrete. The building is founded on an economic raft foundation, and utilizes a contiguous-piled retaining wall, with temporary ground anchors.

Kedmor have worked closely with the Architects to achieve slender flat slabs, optimized for long, column-free spans, using Sofistik advanced finite element analysis software, to facilitate the irregular architectural facade. A ‘walking column’ solution was adopted at 1st floor level, to accommodate changes in the column grids, realising the architect's vision of a clean, exposed slab soffit, without large transfer beams.
