Tom Bauer

Team Leader- Structural

Tom joined Kedmor in 2018, after 2 years’ specialising in building refurbishments and seismic retrofits at Engel Engineers. He was promoted to lead the Buildings Design Team at Kedmor in 2022.

His projects of note include a number of high-profile buildings, still in the planning phases, as well as the design of Zeitim Interchange Bridges, our first BIM project to involve parametric modelling, the Great Ruaha incrementally launched bridge in Tanzania, and a section of the Tel-Aviv Green-Line Light-Rail.

Tom enjoys the challenge of addressing complex engineering issues, to produce simple, buildable designs.

He graduated from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, and is a Licensed Structural Engineer in Israel.

Tom is fanatical about football and enjoys hiking around the world.
