Yelena Shtofblat

Senior CAD Engineer

Yelena graduated with a Master’s degree in Bridge Engineering from the Far Eastern State Transport University, Russia, in 1986. She began work as a Bridge Engineer / Technician, later gaining 3 years’ experience as a Bridge Inspections Engineer, before moving to Israel in 2000.

She worked as a Technician on civil engineering projects for Decker Buildings and Engineering for 10 years and joined Kedmor in 2014. Here, she has worked on building and bridge projects, such as the Ziporit Bridge in the north of Israel and the Tel-Aviv Light-Rail. Most recently, she has been helping to develop our Level 3 BIM capabilities.

Yelena loves travelling and particularly enjoys hiking.
