Structural design of three, 15-storey residential towers, with a shared car park, located close to the sea.
The development is of reinforced concrete, flat-slab construction, supported by shallow foundations.
As this series of towers was located close to the sea, protective measures were required for the concrete. This reduced the short-term maintenance and ‘whole-life cost’ of the structure.
