Structural design of two, 11-storey residential blocks, with a 3-storey shared deep basement car park.
Reinforced concrete, flat slab construction was utilised, and the building was founded on piles.
The floor slabs have set backs at every level. The column grid was closely coordinated with the Architects, mitigating the need for transfer structure within the superstructure, simplifying the design and reducing construction costs and time.
